I visited your store as I noticed
you were having a special on the 2012 Scott Foil 20 (viewed on
Bike Exchange). I test rode a Small you had on the floor and it
seemed a little big . Howard offered to get his Scott from home
for me to ride as it was an Extra Small. The Extra Small was a
perfect fit. When I arrived back to the Gold Coast that day I
rang Howard and paid a deposit. I was very pleased with the
service and the fact that Howard went out of his way to offer
his own bike for me to test ride. Great service and certainly
worth the drive.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
They listened to what I was after and what I
was trying to achieve through cycling and
were keen to provide honest and practical
advice. Where my expectations were not
practical they were frank and honest about
what could or couldn't be achieved within
the proposed limits (ie. budget).

would expect that anyone who walks into the store and gets an
expert opinion and also gets to ask the techs for some advice

I visited the
store three times during the process of buying the bike and each
time I was able to experience the performance of four different
staff members. They were all fantastic with their knowledge and
their customer service. Thankyou all of them for helping me.

Brad was very helpful on the phone beforehand and all
the way throughout the sales process. He patiently explained things to
me as a novice road bike rider and helped me choose the best bike. He
also was very thorough in the set-up of the bike - I have bought bikes
before and this was the most thorough I have ever seen. I am sure that
that will pay off when i get to ride the bike for a long distance.
