ZERO QUICKHEAD FORCE

Description

Quick Head Force; The industry’s smallest and lightest cupped inflator. Works with Zero threaded and non-threaded CO2 cartridges. Simple and easy controllable tire inflation. Drop the CO2 cartridge into the cup, screw on the head, attach to valve stem and push forward to start airflow. You’ll be back to your ride in no time!
Made in USA

One 16gram canister will fill:

2 20" tyres to 40psi

2 26" tyres to 30psi

1   700C tyre to 130psi

I have been testing Zero’s new Quick Head Force tyre inflator. I particularly like this one because of its ability to retain pressure after it has been used. With the normal QuickHead, once you have pierced the cartridge you might as well use the whole thing, as within a couple of hours, it will have lost all the CO2. This is not really an issue for road bikes as you will generally use the whole cartridge in one tyre anyway. But for mountain bike use where you are generally able to get two tyres out of each cartridge, this ability to hold pressure is a huge benefit. I have used it to inflate one tyre out on the trail, thrown it back into the Camelback and left it there for a month before needing to use it again. Much to my surprise, it still had enough CO2 left in it to fill another tyre. Another great feature of this particular inflator is the trigger action which allows you to completely control the flow of CO2 going into the tyre. Normal Quick Head inflators can be tricky to regulate the flow. The locking mechanism on the trigger is another handy item, as you don’t need to worry about the trigger accidentally being knocked and going off when you don’t want it to. All in all, I’ve been very impressed with the new Zero Quickhead Force and would not hesitate recommend it, especially to the mountain bikers amongst us.
